Register now for 2009/10 season at www.eayso.org. Print and mail 3 signed copies of player form, 1 copy of park waiver found on this website and payment to AYSO 212, P.O. Box 446, Augusta, MI 49012.   $95/player, $240 Family maximum, U16/U19 is $65.   All volunteers must pre-register also, volunteers print and mail 2 signed copies to the PO Box.  We must receive a hard copy for your child to play.   Registration ends August 1st.

Please register now if your child will only be able to play in the spring
due to other commitments.
