Register now for 2008/09 season at www.eayso.org. Print and mail 3 copies of player form, 1 copy of park waiver found on this website and payment to AYSO 212, PO Box 446, Augusta, MI 49012. $65/player, $170 maximum. After May 31st-$95/player, $240 maximum. Registration ends August 1st. All volunteers must pre-register also. Print and mail in 2 copies to the PO Box. We must receive a hard copy for your child to play.
